What's On

Retail therapy

St Peter Port's town centre has retained much of its charm with small boutiques, jewellery stores and gift shops jostling for space alongside larger branded stores. Shopping in Guernsey offers plenty of choice, with the many family-run businesses, no two shops are the same.

Town is always alive with regular markets and events, giving local suppliers the opportunity to sell their produce.

There are also other retail areas in Guernsey such as “the Bridge” in St Sampson’s or St Martin’s village.

With numerous local grocery stores located across the island you are never more than 10 minutes from a shop. But if you’re looking to do your weekly food shop there are also a number of larger food retailers around the island, including Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons and the Co-Op.
