Jo is the Director of Locate Guernsey and was appointed to the role in 2018. Having previously lived in the UK, Paris and Jersey and along with founding the Channel Islands' first independent relocation consultancy in Guernsey and Jersey, she has a wealth of knowledge about the relocation process.

Gill Mabbett is a dynamic Sales Director with over two decades of business development experience across Scotland and the Channel Islands.
With a foundation in marketing and counselling, she brings empathy, strategic insight, and clarity to her work ethic.
Gill is known for driving commercial success, excelling in negotiation, and building strong relationships across industries including commercial television and luxury hospitality.
Since settling in Guernsey in 2008, she has become a well-connected member of the local business community. Outside of work, Gill embraces island life—enjoying sea swims, cliff walks, beach adventures with family, and Guernsey’s vibrant food scene.
As Marketing & Events Manager at Locate Guernsey, Emma leads the delivery of strategic marketing campaigns and high-impact events that promote Guernsey as a relocation destination for individuals and families from the UK.
She manages the full events calendar, including the flagship Relocate to Guernsey Show in London and a series of on-island settling-in events designed to help new residents integrate into the community, connect with local services, and feel at home.
Emma also oversees Locate Guernsey’s multi-channel social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - creating engaging content that highlights the island’s lifestyle, relocation guidance, and community stories.
