The Guernsey Art Network is committed to bringing art into the community by encouraging people to explore their creative side regardless of age, gender or disability.

Adult and child workshops together with interactive art projects are examples of how we fulfil this objective. We believe that art can help promote feelings of well-being and boost self – confidence and what better place than Guernsey, with its beautiful scenery, quality of light and rich history, to inspire local and visiting artists to be creative.

Formed in 2015, The Guernsey Art Network provides an open platform for artists from the Bailiwick to exhibit their work, interact and share ideas.

We also organise and present the annual Skipton Art Festival. We are a not for profit charity and our patron is His Excellency Sir Ian Corder, the Lieutenant Governor. We are also members of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce.

A dedicated team of local artists form our committee and we give of our time and expertise for free, relying on sponsorship and donations in order to promote the artists and craftspeople of our islands.

Ultimately, our vision is for Guernsey to have a dedicated Art Centre in which artists, students, the wider public and tourists can be creative, have a dedicated exhibition space in which to showcase their work and enjoy being involved in a vibrant art scene.
